Headhunter wader 10inch coil internal GB adjust

Hi there Sven, just wondering if I would gain any extra depth on my head hunter by adjusting the internal GB to slightly positive? I do not hunt in salt water. Just fresh water. The way I understand is from the factory they have this adjusted so they work ok in or near salt water. I like to take this out of salt mode if I can. Im sure I would need to adjust other pots also? My sensitivity is perfectly adjusted; starts chattering around 9-9 1/2. Thanks for any help, Steve

It's a gamble, in an attempt to get better depth adjusting the GB over ground vs. ferrite, might make things worse as soon as you start adjusting with the other trimpots.
Mark all pots with a pen or marker so you can get them back to where they were before adjusting.
You can try to adjust the GB just so you don't pick up a hot rock.

Quest, Nokta, Makro Multi-Kruzer
Self built Mirage Pi's --- they work great in trashy areas!!

Thanks Sven. If I get the nerve I might try.N/T
