I know these are both great coils. But I would like to know the good and the bad one has over the other from members who have both of them.

The 8x6 SEF is a great coil but I'm still a huge fan of the 6x10 Eclipse. Gets through the field brush easier in my opinion, Depth wise I call them pretty close although I trust the ID'ing of the 6x10 a little better. Of course I use the 6x10 pretty much exclusively on all my Whites.

The real treasure is in the hunt...

My 8x6 is a very smooth coil, but seems a little less sensitive towards the front of the coil when I air test it, but it. I love my 4x6 shooter for trashy areas.

I have both and the 8x6 is a great coil and drives deep but I think the 6x10 is more stable at higher sens. The 6x10 pinpoints better for me. My 5.3 is concentric and is stable but I lean toward the 6x10. PS I love the 5.3 in heavily cluttered areas.
