Can you help ID brass item?

This was dug at an early site, kinda like a scabbard tip but does not seem functional as such. No hole in the end, all brass.

To me it looks like a flower holder often used in cemeteries. It is probably a few years old as the newer ones are plastic.

Maybe a top from an old rod iron fence? I found one that is more ornate than that one, but it kinda looks like it?

Two Union Bullets, one is 58 caliber Williams Cleaner. 2017: 1863 Indian Head Cent, U.S. Civil War Waist Plate (Buckle), Sterling U.S. Collar Pin.
