Big Silver MN Vikings Trip

Most of the finds made were centered around a weekend trip my wife and I took to watch the MN Vikings play.
I hit some old parks while my wife hit some stores.
I had yesterday off also so I hunted more locally in the afternoon for a few hours and nabbed the Walking Liberty Half Dollar and a few of the others.
The large Broach was over a foot deep (about 3-4 inches over my orange garret pin pointer) The small lead horse was every bit of 10 inches. A deep low mid tone signal I chased that paid off.
2 of the quarters were on edge. The 1964 (on edge) was only about 5 inches and the other 2 were about 9-10 inches.
The Indians were not especially deep. The 1903 was about 7 inches and the 1882 (next to tree beside a root) was about 7 inches.

Coin Finds
Half Dollar is 1940.
Silver Quarters are 1950,1952,1964
Dime is 1923.
Nickels are 1896,1907,1927,1937,1939,1941,1956
Indian Pennies are 1882,1903
16 Wheat pennies are back to 1910

Non Coin Finds.
Old Lead Horse Toy
Triangle Railroad & Warehouse Commission Weights and Measures Token
5 Cent Merchant Token
Huge Old Broach
Couple buttons
Small car has "Made in Hong Kong" Stamp. It has metal axles so I believe it has a little age to it.
Religious Cross Medallion
Religious Miraculous Medal Pendant
Small lock plate

NEL Tornado coil was my coil used.

Date: October 24, 2017 07:51PM always FPD....killer stuff and results!!
but you DEF lost $$ on the day by letting the Mrs go shopping while you played
you would have needed 10 gold coins to keep pace with her onslaught!!

Great finds once again.
There is an art going to an unknown area and turning up the great finds you do. Tony and myself are beginning to venture out and I hope are finds begin to equal some of the great posts you have made.
