While internet id is iffy at best, it is all but impossible without provenance. ANYthing you can tell us about it may help.

I am working as an assistant of portal manager in Slovakia - Tunnel Višňové - Dubná Skala (Middle Europe - Slovakia - Vrútky/Martin).
I did find it during the excavation of front. The main rock is biotic granodiorite of high strenght.
There are now few groundwater inflows.

That's a tough one.
Isn't quartz.
To me, doesn't look like either calcite or gypsum, but I could be mistaken.

That, and the fact it's coming from a mine, suggests it's a heavy metal mineral of some kind. If you know what was mined there, that'd be a clue.

Take it to your local University Geology department. They'll be happy to help you. That's almost always your best bet for a good id.

Like was said, hard to do with what you are showing but those flat plated crystals look like barite.

Barite is heavy stuff. If just by picking it up it feels unusually heavy, that will help confirm the diagnosis.
