    Information for a 555D VLF

    Safari, an outstanding detector

    Today I found an Indian Head penny along side a rusted steel bottle cap in a 3 inch diameter, 5 inch deep hole I dug. I was in the Coin and Jewelry factory settings mode. The processor seems fast enough for me. The Safari is more than capable.

    Safari Noise Cancel

    The word from the factory is follow what the owners manual shows and that is to Noise Cancel with the loop a foot off the ground. Because EMI is in the air not in the ground. Noise Cancel should be done more than once during a detecting session.
