Last few hunts up to 11-10-24

Great assortment of finds and really nice post. I really like that 1930 Chauffeur badge with the star on it. I have found a few from Minnesota. I have found a few of those ignition pieces over the years. The vast variety in your finds tells me you know your machine well. Well done! Dave

    I found … Mount Rushmore!

Nice variety of finds. Always good to see buffalos and mercs. Those pressed penny souvenirs are always interesting to find also. That '17 penny year does seem to be a little thick. Hard to tell if it is part of corrosion or some stamping error. Dave

Congrats on the merc and silver Roosevelt Ted. I also like that Susan B Anthony dollar as they don't come up often. 7-dollar coins is a great score. Dave

Old Quarter, Tiny Dime and a Couple Interesting Toys

I have 2 XP Deus 2 machines I use. One has a stock 11-inch coil and the other has 11x13. I started on these and used them for many years...

Old Quarter, Tiny Dime and a Couple Interesting Toys

Thanks Mark. That battleship is about twice as big as a monopoly piece and from my research is a 1940s crackerjack toy prize. I hear you on being dry. It is very dry here and makes digging tougher. Dave

Old Quarter, Tiny Dime and a Couple Interesting Toys

Finds are from a few weekends of hunting since my last post. All finds were pulled from public city parks and old schools. Everything was pulled with my XP Deus 2 metal detector. Finds came from North Dakota and some from Minnesota. Both of the quarters were pulled in North Dakota. The 1881...

Nice hunting to pick up a group of silver dimes and that fatty Indian looks to have some good detail.
