    I cancelled my order too. Ended up ordering a used Equinox 600 to go with my Nokta Impact. I was very hopeful for the Apex, but I'm now wondering if it can even perform as well as an Ace 400 AT Pro. You're right the coming reviews and videos will be interesting. We need to see more.

    I did the exact same thing, because I ended up wanting 2 completely different tools. I own and love the Nokta Impact. I ordered the Simplex and it was fantastic too. The Simplex was so similar to one mode on the Impact that I sold the Simplex and am now waiting for an Equinox 600 to arrive.

    I have a theory on the "jumpy ID's" versus "more stable ID's at depth" within the Simplex software updates. Some users prefer no ID to a jumpy ID at depth, while others prefer having a numerical reading to go along with what they hear, even if it's jumpy. My Nokta Impact has a hidden setting...

    When my 11x7 coil died I opted to buy the 13" MARS Discovery coil for my Impact instead of the 11" Nokta. It's also a fantastic coil. I've heard good things about that new round 11" though. Good luck.

    You could also use the Garrett ZLink to wirelessly connect any headphones to your Anfibio. There are some LL APTx Bluetooth options out there too.
