    3 hour hunt with the AT Pro and V3i

    What can I say WOW. Started with the AT Pro first signal says VDI of 91 solid silver tone and 8" deep. Dig down 10 " and come out with my second ever Shield nickel it's pretty toasted but shiny on one side. I was disappointed new it sounded like big silver. Rescanned the hole and BANG 91 again...

    New to the board

    Hi just starting up here, have read all the V3 threads and now I'm ready to help and post. Been using the V3I for a year now and metal detecting since 1973. I love the V3i and regularly find dimes to 8" nickels 9", qtrs. to 13". I'm from Spokane and our soil is about -95. Happy Hunting Mack Dog
