    F19 coil ?

I’ve read and searched but couldn’t find an answer for my question. I have a f19 with the solid 5x10 and was look ins a 11” DD for a F5. Chart on fishers website says it fits but not sure if I loose or gain anything. Anyone tried the f5 coils on a F19?

    All about fun!

I have been at the beach for a couple weeks and although clad is plentiful, gold and silver has been elusive. Bling is the best of it for now.

    Gold monster 1000

I was thinking of getting a gm1000 for nugget shooting in NW Ga. I’ve been prospecting for some time and now have a dredge and multiple sluices. But in the last couple years got into metal detecting. I have an equinox 800 and the 6” coil but not sure it works that good on small flakes witch is...

    6” Coil Report

To start off I’m by no means an expert detector but I have used my 800 almost daily for about 6 weeks. I have a couple favorite spots to go when time is limited and thought I had cleaned them pretty good. I finally got a 6” coil and every spot has given up 5 to 8 coins that were being mask. No...

    Park hunt 9-1-18

I got to the park before daylight and had to use the backlight to begin my hunt. Fist target was a Quarter so I was thinking this was a good sign. Most of the coins were 6-7 inches deep. As it got daylight I began to see plugs so it had been hit recently but I was getting deeper with nox. I dug...

    Cornwall furnace

Tomorrow my family is going to detect a large area around a ditch the soldiers dug for a water supply for Cornwall furnace. We are excited to go on our first war relic hunt. I’m sure we will dig any solid target and hopefully find a bullet. One has been on my list for a while. I’ll report back...

    Gold flake test

Today was our monthly meeting at gold camp today and of course I took the 800 to show my friends the new addition. The discussion of course went to let’s see what it will do. One of the guys had a decent flake he dredged this morning. The gold here is high grade, I’m told. So I was in park 2 and...

    Equinox at an old farm

A lot of iron and old stuff at this old family farm place kept me digging all morning. But there were a few high tones. http://rs1160.pbsrc.com/albums/q488/kennyweathington/9CBCDBB5-D4C0-403B-A5BB-E0CFEDF1C5D0_zpsjzfcpvuh.jpeg?w=480&h=480&fit=clip
