    Only 3+ grams but GOLD! A few other items plus a little clad. Chilly so not too busy, nice day. Cross came in at 11 on the vanquish (13 is a nickel) Some of the clad was from the park.

    VDI numbers

    Does the 1.09 update have a setting to normalize the numbers in different modes like their fores relic did when using different frequencies? If not then why not? BTW I'm still stuck in 1.04 (not very good with computers)

    Legend locked up.

    I went to ship a detector and found out packages over 22" they added an extra $4 surcharge, over 30" it's $15. In some cases a bigger rectangle box is less expensive way to ship.

    I need an inexpensive handle for my scoop. All sand beaches, no rocks. I was going to get a wooden shaft with a D handle. I'm not a hardcore beach hunter but want something decent to good on the cheap. Also your thoughts on D handles. Thanks

    Tesoro ground balance

    I have a Vaquero that someone replaced the factory ground balance pot(?) with a 12 turn. Does anyone know where I can get the original part or know what the part is so I can get an aftermarket one. Even better can I use a 1 turn like in the older Fisher models??. I've never known any advantage...
