Mono/Stereo

Does anyone have a complete list what machines have a stereo output, mono, stereo with left and right shorted, or left and right series with no ground?

I would say that this is one of the most interesing questions in the last time.
Really, no offense, but there you need to test a lot of machines and headphones for making a good study.
What is right and what is left, kind of point of vue, I guess. Many headphones working well on detectors don't have a mark. Some phones work on this brand, some not and "vice versa".

It sounds like this would be a good list to compile and has not been done before.

Yep,
Seems to be a fact.
Where to start... thats the second question.
What do you want to with the the data?
Could give a some info for about 20 machines, mostly older BH IB's, C Magnum and Yokons's, Some D's, 2 FM's, a Grundhog, ...
Phones used: HD414 (older model)

Paul
