Found this at a site that is loaded with interesting relics. I think it may have something to do with winning awards in Vienna, Austria/ Ulm, Germany/ Stuttgart, Germany/ Philadelphia, PA. Maybe that's the only places this product was available. The last date is 1881, so I'm guessing it dates around that time. Thanks

Harmonica cover makes sense. Found 1 whole harmonica and 2 pieces at same location.
