Hello,

No it doesn't. However, I can't imagine running it that way. I normally run Relc mode and sometimes Coin and Jewelry I use it to kind keep up with trash levels on the beach and depending on the way it mutes/un-mutes I get a feeling for what's the "holding power" of the sand. (I am sure that there are those that would question me on that!) Also think I would continuously wonder if my headphones were working, or not! (Ha!)
