A new detecting buddy and I hit a field that is a ghost town. It was a total iron null most of the time. I managed these cuff buttons and Dan got his first fat Indian Head 1859! Weather was great and we had fun!
Picture: IH for size reference, the larger button back mark is EXTRA QUALITY, the small one is tough, I can read EXTRA and & Co. but cannot make out the other word.
Anybody know if these are Civil war area?
