Ear cups coming off in the field

I have had this on numerous headphones so now I have araldited them on at the join, so they won’t come off again,infernal nuisance as you get them back on when outside on the job..

I had that happen with the Equinox headphones several times..One time I lost the muff as the wind took it out to sea. PITA... pita either way, busted !!!

I bought the WSA XL for surf hunting. Too much background noise with crashing waves for the back phones. Very comfortable.

There must be a lot of cussing and swearing at the factory where they build em in large quantities

Haven’t ever had any issues like that but when you say headphones on the Deus coming off are you talking about the WS6 headset containing the puck and puck coming off or any of the WSA2 headsets coming loose?
