    Thoughts on the G2+

While I'm not a relic hunter, the G2+ is a good coin and Jewelry hunter on land as well as relics. 19 khz will help in Iron. This is a very light machine with great handle ability. Watch Relics 1864 on You tube about 8 years ago for a expert advice on relics. HH

    T2+

I bought a T2+ a couple of years ago and found it to be good machine. The main difference to me is the it doesn't notch, it doesn't have a backlight, and it doesn"t use concentric coils. I have all 3 of those covered with other detectors, besides I almost exclusively notch with what I have...

June was good to me and the Legend

Air test about 8 inches on 14k 2.8 gram gold ring. That's more than I need for most jewelry where I hunt.

June was good to me and the Legend

June was good to me and the Legend with 4 rings ( 2 silver and 1gold. My latest find was Friday with a .750 Italy 7.1 gram thin necklace. Hopefully I can get the picture up. The ring with the big rock was the bling of coarse. Thanks for looking!

    New carbon fibre upgrade parts

My unit weights 2.78 oz with snake skinz and Lg24 coil. Add 4oz for the LG30 and close to 6.5 oz for LG28. I do have the new carbon shaft and cuff. My surprise is how much the cuff is more comfortable than the original cuff. I do have a little arthritis in my elbow.

    Anyone got the teknetics patriot?

I use the Legend myself, it is a versatile detector. Lots of features.

    Anyone got the teknetics patriot?

Yes I have a T2+ and have had Patriot. The Patriot was a good machine for me especially with the Nels Snake coil which let me run it hotter in my emi infested areas. The T2+ in my opinion is much more stable, therefore deeper most of the time. I use the G2+ more than the t2+ in open areas and...

    Looking for Gold rings

I have found by testing on the Legend that 15khz seems good on small gold rings in the lower foil range with the foil range disc. up to those rings range. The smf and other selected khz won't do as well. HH
