    Golden Umax has arrived.

    Came this afternoon. Outside playing with the settings as shown by 53 silver's videos, I can duplicate his results with small gold rings. Tomorrow I'll try it out at a local park.

    Brought her home today( CZ3D )

    Well I got it. And the 5'' coil. If it don't rain tomorrow, I'll give it a workout. I did stop at an old site on the way home, just before dark and tried it with the stock coil. Disc. set at zero I could hear lots of iron signals, but not overbearing. I do like to hear everything in the ground...

    How would you guys and gals compare the CZ3D to the DFX for finding coins around iron and other trash. Also what kind of depth do you think you get in general, about the same or better?     DFX vs V3i

    How much better is the V3i than the DFX in the pre set programs? Is the V3i better around iron? Or can it be made better around iron? The area that I hunt is full of old lumber camps, logging railroads, saw mills (steam and water wheel powered) and old homesteads from the early to mid 1800's...
