    what is imaging?

    I see many references to imaging. I do not have it on my ( newly acquired ) ACE 250. Is it on every other Garrett model? What is imaging and how does it work? thanks for any info.

    just a test......

    Hi, I'm just doing a test upload to see if I can post pics here. ...and how large and clear they will appear.... Nikon COOLPIX camera ( just a small one that fits in your shirt pocket ) I used the 'macro' mode so the flash would not 'wash out' any detail. any comments?

    How do you ask?

    How do you ask someone for permission to MD on their property? I read recently... to offer the property owner "...any 'find' will be split 50 / 50." Does that sound reasonable? 50 / 50 split ?? How do you ask or get permission from someone to MD on their property?

    Why a Coil Cover?

    a Coil Cover? Is it to protect the coil against 'bumps' against stumps, rocks etc as you maneuver through the 'hunt'? are the covers necessary? are the coils easily damaged? I appreciate any comments....thanks

    Harley Davidson an' MDing
