    Anybody have a non gold item show 10K with a Mizar ET18

    I found what looks to be 10K bling bling dog tag while wet sand hunting. No markings. It shows as 10K with my ET18 Mizar gold tester. Any chance its not? Its ringing in at 19Grams and would be awesome if it was real. Any other water hunter have experience with a gold tester?

    hunt the beach balanced shaft or chestmount? any suggestions?

    I currently hunt the water and beach with a balanced above shoulder mount excall. I am wondering if there is any benefit to chest mounting. I have no issues hunting for 4 to 6 hrs non stop as it is. Just wandering if the coil will be harder to handle without the weight balancing it out?

    Her are some of the finds I will post the rest on the next post. All this stuff came from old Swim areas some of it was pretty deep for a fresh water lake. My only guess is that the areas have sanded in from the lake being low. Enjoy and stay tuned for part 2 The GOLD
