    M9 & M11 (in that order) are the two best coils for the Manticore---end of story! ha ha

    Manticore w/ 9in. coil depth.

    That M9 is a fine coil on the Manticore.----Nipping at the heels of the M11 for depth--very close.----Only about 1 inch difference between those two coils in my soil.

    On our second to last day today in Colchester and 4 of us hitting Celtic Gold Celtic coins. They were popping out like ring pulls. CtTerry, NYJay, VtHenry and I all dug Celtic coins today. 3 Full Staters and a 1/4 Stater. Big Fun day to remember for all of us. Good friends on vacation...

    I was just wondering about that.----If a person felt the need & applied some friction tape (tennis grip tape or bicycle handle grip tape) if that would help in this situation.----There is obviously no "finger nub" on the hand grip as is present on some other detectors to help keep the hand from...
