    New Coil

    Sidewalk Demo Finds

    I took the 1236x2 to a sidewalk demo Sunday. Besides the finds pictured I got 8 corroded wheat's, 1corroded Indian , 5 clad dimes, 1quarter and 1 nickel. Thanks for looking. Dale

    1236x2 Finds Gold and Silver.

    Hunted a high school athletic field today with my 1236x2. Finds were 5 quarters, 7dimes,11 nickels and 8 memorials. Also found a silver .925 bracelet made in Italy and a 10k gold infinity ring. Turned out to be a very good day. Sorry about he bad picture. Took 1 picture and the camera batteries...

    ID Edge?

    I have a question about the audio of the Edge. I have a C$ and like it except for the audio. Does the Edge have a clearer sounding audio in disc and all metal than the C$? I mostly hunt parks and yards and wondered if the Edge might have an advantage over the C$ for that type of hunting? Thanks...

    First hunt with X70

    Finally got my XTerra 70 today. Took it out for about a 2 hour hunt and got my first silver with it. A 1952 Washington quarter. I know I'm really going to enjoy this detector. HH Dale

    Yesterdays finds

    Got out with the Coinstrike yesterday for a couple of hours. Got some silver with it,though not a coin. A nice but a little worn religious/service medal. Also a five dollar Mexican coin, a token and 2 1951 wheats. The clad was 8 quarters, 13 dimes and ten memorial pennies.

    Batteries

    I recently purchased a used Coin Strike. Yesterday I put two new energiser batteries in it. It showed nine volts. About two hours later it showed seven volts. Today it was still at seven volts after about a two hour hunt. Is this about average? Thanks Dale
