    Why are the Whites TRX Pinpointers in such demand???

    I have never needed more than the Garrett ProPointer could deliver. If it doesn't beep, I didn't dig deep enough. Lots of data in that regarding size and depth.

    Is the DFX obsolete now?

    I'm a casual hunter. I bought a DFX used in March. It will take me another year or two to master it at the rate I am learning. It is an amazing detector for what I paid, one third the price of a new V3.
