    Just wondering? About the iffy signals.

    I always dig them. Right now I'm hunting a really, very bad trashy area full of iffy signals even with a 4" coil. Had iron, aluminum, silver signals all ringing in just by moving a 4" coil two inches. The silver signal would only come in on one direction. I dug a really nice condition 1964...

    Thanksgiving Silver/ Persistence pays off.

    Found a 1964 Kennedy Half in a very littered area with mixed and iffy signals. Two steel bottle caps, an aluminum twist off and two large nails making my detector go crazy and masking the coin. This half is at least extra fine condition and had very little circulation. Not as old as I would like...
