    USPS ground advantage slower than a turtle with 3 legs , sent a Fisher F75 to First Texas for repair .. Southern Wisconsin to El Paso Tx.... 15 days ! Just a warning and my fault for being frugal.

    New lower on my doorstep this afternoon and fits like a glove . What can I say....Minelab customer service is exceptional ! With all of the competition out there now a company that stands behind their products makes a huge difference ..at least it does to me . Well done Minelab.

    Mystery solved ! According to Minelab there was a design change with the newer units and the notched top is the latest design for these lowers . Minelab said they will be sending me a new lower Free Of Charge ! ... I take back the do better comment as this is exceptional service on their part ...

    It is strange because the factory lower is square with notches cut out and the one I ordered is just square at the top. The new lower will not even go into the opening on the middle shaft..?? Waiting for Minelab support.

    So I ordered a lower shaft for my Xterra Elite , Minelab claims it will fit Vanquish and X-terra pro and the Elite . In fact it does NOT fit the Elite ...so I contacted Minelab and will wait for response. Anybody else have this issue ?? WTF Minelab ??...do better . Frustrated ... you bet I am.
