    My first piece of silver jewelry?

    I was at a local park yesterday digging mainly clad when I dug this ring. Looks like it may have been stepped on and broke. I rinsed it off when I got home. In side of band is stamped .925, but I am not convinced it is silver. Why?....I dont know. It could be I have never found any silver...
