    Can't get Deus 2 remote to go into UPDATING screen

    Hi all, I am hoping someone can help. When I go through settings and get to the Update screen, when I click the button that corresponds to "Yes" all that happens is that the remote turns off my puck, but then goes back to the prior settings screen. It doesn't progress to the UPDATING screen...
