    Can you help identifying this?

I could use some help identifying this coin/token. This is the best photo I can get by scanning it. The front and back are both identical, only the "5c" is on both sides. It has no writing or date on it at all and seems to be copper like a penny. It is the same size as a nickle but much thinner...

    FS/ X-Terra 70

I am parting with my X-Terra 70. It is a great machine that I purchased in March of this year, on my third set of battiers only. This unit has been well taken care of and is a 9 on the rating scale. Only minor small scratches on coil covers. This unit has never been in or near water and works...

I thought this was kinda cool...

I went out hunting for a bit in Forrest Park today and did really well. I found 6 buffalo nickels, 1915, 1919, and 4 no dates,4 wheat pennies all in the 30's that still have to be cleaned up. $4.91 in clads. 1 junk plated ring and this little guy here in the photo. I was more impressed with it...

    Learned something on nickles today....

I went out with the 3D today to find nickels only. After about 3 hours today, 33 nickles later, and a lot of tabs. I found something out about my unit. Not sure if everyones is the same or not. I found if the salt mode says nickle and the enhanced mode doesn't...it's not a nickle. If the...

Went to a old 1800's picnic grounds today. This place has been worked by so many in the past, including myself. My first time back in almost 5 years and had some fun today. It is still in use as a rifle range/gun shoots/carnivals/rodeos do all piece of ground. I got $5.85 in clad and a couple...

Just saying hello and still learning...

I am still reading here everyday and still learning. I know I am the one that said this is such a easy machine to use, and it is. The hard part is mastering to the greatest potential. I have been doing nothing but working in trashy parks, figured once you learn trash...you would know the coins...

Questions about the 3 kHz coil....

I am debating on weather to buy one or not. I am as most would call a coin shooter. But the more I think about it the more I get confused. Maybe some of you all could help me understand and finalize my decision. If the 3 kHz is more sensitive to copper and silver, then is it less sensitive to...
