    About 5/8" wide doesn't match any civil war caliber bullets I know of. 5/8" converts to .62 caliber. It does look like a .69 caliber. How did you measure it?

    Great finds. I have been using the Deus 1 for several years now and it will probably be my last detector.     Horse inplelements

    I would keep them. They could easily be CW period and may have seen use hooked to a team of horses pulling a load of supplies for the troops.
