problem updating from 3.2 to 5.21
follow the complete instructions to the letter. get to the upload screen on the remote and it turns dark and just stays on that screen. you can read upload, but like i say the screen gets dark mainly in the middle and I never get any further than that. Please help. Gary- gstarn
