    Relic Hunting with G2: What settings do you use?

    Have been using the G2 on the beaches here in NJ and Love it. I want to try relic hunting, what settings are you using? Are you in All Metal or Disc Mode? What VDI read outs are you digging, 20 and over? Etc.

    First Hunt with the Vaquero

    These are my finds from my first hunt using the Tesoro Vaquero. We hunted about 2 hours. A little field near home that was supposed to be hunted out. Funny thing my buddy found a 1892 indian about 15 minutes before I found mine, which was the same date. I had a great day.

    Vaquero GB Knob Question

    Just got my new used Tesoro Vaquero and I have a question about ground balancing. I've read the manual and watched youtube videos on how to GB. My question is this: Is the GB knob supposed to rotate more than 360%? My knob just keeps spinning around in either direction, is this normal? Thanks...

    New Forum for Civil War enthusiasts

    Anyone know of any spots in NJ to hunt for civil war relics? I'm still new and would like to find someplace as everything I know of is No Metal Detecting allowed. Thanks in advance.
