    I was demonstrating an MXT to a woman, and she wanted to see how her various jewelry items audibly signalled, as well as read on the VDI meter. Using iron-level discrimination, her rings did ok, then she wanted to see how her gold crucifix, from Italy, signalled. It didn't. Nothing audible...

    Many of the posts on this Forum are requests (and answers) regarding the best "accessory" coil to get. The MXT's stock 950 coil is a good compromise coil for most uses. However, for more "specialty" use, a second (even third) "accessory" coil is needed. Which one is best? Before answering that...

    FS: Really nice DFX

    This machine has seen only about 20 hours pampered use (park lawns), NO beach use. Perfect working condition, aesthetically B+ to A-. Screen is perfect, with no marks; there is a SLIGHT scratch on back edge of control box, as well as some rubbing to the DFX decals on both sides of control box...
