    FS: Garrett propointer and modded Lesche

    Used PP and Lesche. Both work well, despite the signs of use. The lesche (with ergonomic grip) could easily be sharpened, and as you can see, has been modded to have serrations on both sides. Asking $110 shipped, prefer paypal personal side.

    Polar plot is the screen with the vector graph (the X-Y axis) that has the lines that intersect, either being squiggly/looping or straight, depending on your target and depth of target.     New V3I ordered

    Yep. I can only get my 8x6 up to about Rx 11, tx boost off, before signal loss goes over 30%(in 3 freq.--i haven't played around with single frequency use enough yet to know if it makes a difference here)...I still get pretty deep with it(6"+ coins), and it runs pretty stable at that strength...

    I got my DFX late 2011--around november or so if I remember correctly. I'm guesstimating here, but I'm certain I got over 300 hours on it. I ended up getting an 8x6 SEF shortly before I got my V, and that seemed to give me the perfect option for what I like to do--normally I hunt pretty trashy...

    Coming from the DFX, I absolutely love the V3i. There are a couple of features that I miss from the DFX, like DC phase for one. I also miss the **simplistic** ground balancing of the DFX. But there are so many features that make up for the few things that I miss, like the polar plot and sizing...
