    Coin$trike Question

    Could someone answer this question if poss please, I have been digging holes and putting coins in them, when I run my detector over them the coins do not regester ? Is this because the soil is lose ? Thanks for Reading my post clinton

    I have been out with my C$ and some times I come across a good solid signal from all directions, Once I have dug a little I cannot find the signal again ? Any help or advice on this one would be great for some one who has five min's to spare ! Thanks in advance

    Sensitivity setting and a Threshold setting on the Coin$trike, ( Newbie Question ):ukflag:

    " Better a lower sensitivity setting and a higher threshold setting" or "Higher Sensitivity setting and a lower Threshold setting " ? Is Threshold 2 lower than say - 5 or other way around. Sorry if I'm being thick.

    electrical interference ( newbie question ):ukflag:

    I was out detecting by a train line and believe my C$ was suffering from electrical interference as my display and tones were going erratic, Can someone tell me how to stabilize my C$ in a situation like this ? ( Do I just lower my sensitivity or stay away from Train tracks ? ) Thanks Clinton

    Not sure if this is a valid question ? Lets say I wanted to detect a field where there was not much trash, I want to dig up everything so I can try to learn what the tones and numbers are telling me. At what number will Discrimination reject gold on the C$ ?
