    A few more from Dean and Felix

    I am pretty much finished with my 1st pass at the beach. I will now start to recover the areas I have already hunted. This one came out Friday. The diamond is real. And these 3 came out today. The stone is Moisannite. All 14 K, including the earring, which is a recent drop.

    Learned something today regarding 10" Excal coils

    Ice in July

    Went for a quick 20 minute hunt next to a dock that many people use to dive into the water. This 13.1 gram, 14 karat beauty came out just as I was ending my hunt. Tested positive for diamonds! Also found a school fare token from the United Traction Company System. They are HQ'd in Albany NY.

    Look what slithered into the scoop today......

    I was elated to see this snake show up in the scoop. I sometimes get a worm or 2 in it so this cousin was a welcome visitor. 10.1 grams of probably 10 Kt. It isn't marked but that does not surprise me. I have found other similar without markings. It is definitely solid. I will test it later...
