    Todays last finds of 2010

    Went out and braved the ice today for a couple hours. Hard digging with the frozen ground. Got a broken ring. And a few coins, couple bullets. Was a bear getting them out of the ground though. Numb fingers and toes drove me to head home for warmth.

    5.3 or 4x6 coil?

    Was wondering if any of you detecting guru's had a preference between the 5.3 or the 4x6 coil for the XL Pro and XLT? Going to get a new coil for my XLT and trying to decide which to get. Which would be better for depth and pinpointing? Any info would be great. Thanks! Steve///

    Gold today

    Went out today for a few hours with my new whites XLT. Managed a token, 20 pennies, 2 dimes and 2 nickles. Also got this 14k gold bracelet. Weighs in at 11.52 grams. Steve///
