    How to EASILY Remove the D2 Coil Cover

    I usually sand off the edge of the cover except for the very top and bottom, probably over 50% of the rim that holds the cover on. They can still be tough to get off when it has dirt in them, seems the dirt acts a little like glue, so I will be getting some picks. Thanks for the tip and HH.

    D2, Cover coil.

    I have been taking some real rough sandpaper and sanding off most of the rim that snaps on the coil, I would leave the rim on the very top and bottom. The sides are harder to get loose because of the edge being so thin that there's not much area to pry with your fingers, but the top and bottom...

    Great finds congrats, what year was that barber you scratched? it doesn't look to bad but then its not a real close up shot of it. Yep the snow is flying today probably be awhile before the weather gets nice again.HH
