I do not think the hobby itself is dying, but the easy modern finds probably are. People simply carry less cash now, so there are fewer fresh coins being dropped every year. Had some good years finding old class rings
That is an incredible collection, especially considering how many of those are over a hundred years old now. The older class rings have so much more character than most modern ones.
