    Got out for a few hours on Thursday at Jones Beach. Found a little area where there was about 25 coins. One of them was a Russian 2 ruble coin. Never saw one before. Worth all of 6 cents!! Tried to take a pic but its dirty. Any suggestion on cleaning coins?

    First find

    So this is my first find. 18k crucifix w/ 24" rosary beads. Just under an 1 oz. Third time out hunting with BeachHunter 300 id. New to the hobby, but thoroghly enjoying it. Hats off to my good friend Rem,who was with me and has been showing me the ropes and the beaches. Thanks buddy!

    Beach hunter 300 for ny beaches

    Hi, new here and looking to buy a metal detector. Want to hit beaches on Long Island (in the water) as well as some inland spots. A friend suggested the Whites Beachhunter 300 ID. Any thoughts or suggestions (especially from my fellow (lawn Gilanders):wink: would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Hi newbie here. My friend suggested I get a whites beachhunter 300. I live near the shore and want to get in the water. i also want to search my local parks, soccer fields etc. Is this an easy machine to use? Any suggestions thoughts? Thanks
