I wanted to order some accessories for my Deus 2, but not many listed as Deus 2 accessories. I wanted a 11" coil cover and a remote arm band case, but listed for XP DEUS and ORX. They looked like they would fit, but I was not sure, so I asked two metal detecting sites if these items would work with the Deus 2. One question two totally different answers. Does anybody no for sure if these items will work with the Deus 2?

Here were the answers I was given:

1. Thanks for reaching out! Any of the Deus 1 hardware accessories will also work on the Deus 2 (arm band, coil covers)- the ELECTRONIC accessories and components will all be model-specific.

2. Thank you for the question! Unfortunately, the XP Deus Remote Armband Protection Case will not fit on the Deus 2.

I can tell you for a fact that the D1 armband will work with the D2 controller. I use it all the time. It's a tight fit but it works.

Has anybody ever had a PR person say “gee I dont know let me find out and get back to you”? Nope.
