My equinox 900 was home waiting for me a shout out to Rich at Backwoods thanks for the fast ship!
Right out of the box feels way better in hand and lighter I will be out tomorrow it will be cold out but it’s on the charger now!
I could not wait for the manticore so I’ll be happy with this and then sometime later I’ll maybe upgrade and my dad who’s 90 will get this 900..
My first look at the coil ears very stiff and look more durable they don’t bend easy either…
I’ll will give some feedback this week.

I will give it a good shake down run probably going to the beach as the end and storm has eroded lots of the beaches.

With the windchill tomorrow it’s gonna warm up to 0-10 degree 🥶🥶
At 7am it’s going to be -5 😮
 
Interested in how the 900 performs. I'm a pretty die hard hunter, but we were 0 yesterday morning and 4 this morning and not getting above freezing before Mon. Hence, me ain't gettin out in those temps with wind chills --- several degrees. HH jim tn
 
I’m heading down to the beach 13 here now but I have to try it out going to be 50’s later this week can’t wait! Got some tape on the handle might keep hand more comfortable thanks Dan!

It went from 10 last night to 33 now so I plowed snow this morning and slush this afternoon, ugh.

Put on an insulated Santa cap and go detecting with the 900 while yelling HO HO HO!! Should be left alone…..😂😂
