Found this today in an empty lot. It's brass. My hunting buddy thinks it is possibly a women's shoe tap. If you know what it is, please let me know. Thanks

Thank you for all of the replies. I've looked everywhere, but can't find a photo of a brass heel plate that looks anything like the one I found. If you can find a photo of one please let me know. Would like to be able to date it. Thanks

I have only found three, but have seen some others found, but I have never seen one quite like that either.. with the cleats.
The ones I have seen are smooth and designs have design cutouts like hearts and other symbols.
