Only signs of the house are daffodils and old bricks. Been on this site for over a year. Few and far now but I'm crawling in briars and old thickets and pulling few goodies. #rd eagle button. Yesterdays was a small cuff type button looks WW1. 3rd eagle. Brother found a neat old Georgia Railroad lock box key Wilson Bohannon company New York. Found about 1/3 mile from the tracks that were started in 1833 near Mayfield Ga. Picture of homeplace I have found 1852 Large copper 1889 IHP and The Small Button

Finally made it back for couple hours and it did not disappoint . Found my first Barber of any kind. 1903 dime. Well used probably bought many loaves of bread back in the day. Was pretty coming out of the ground. Also always check your hole a second time. My brother was walking by the hole he found the Georgia Railroad key swung and got another key out of the hole. Its a Bohannon also but hard to read. Plus 3 flat buttons and a 4 hole button NE PLUS ULTRA. Any button experts let me know about this one please. Second photo is a disc with 2352 punched on one side. May be last chance till summer. Lease holder is a turkey hunter.
