Out of box issue!

I am setting up my legend for first time and the screen reads CC after charging. I have tried attaching the coils and connected to computer to see if maybe requires update. The screen never changes from CC. (Trued the power button and the Up button as directed for software update.

May be putting back in the box to return. Very disappointed.

Please advise if anyone knows about this!

So the manual indicates that the coil connection fault, make sure plug is completely seated in the receptacle, I know this may sound odd but once you have plugged the male plug into the receptacle and screwed in the locking screw just see if you can push the plug in further and see if you can screw the locking screw any tighter, that is an issue I have found with mine, if not fastened properly and completely it will show a fault, hope that helps, good luck
oh and welcome

Thank you, I did try that as I read that online. Also tried switching coils, plugged back in to power, plugged into computer to see if update would impact. Never any waver on the CC display. The machine does not even turn off. I think it must be faulty and have sent a request to the company for support. Likely will need to return. Sad.

And make sure the small alignment notch in the connector matches up with the one on the control head.
Sometimes a bad piece gets through the line and out the door. Sorry

So if the machine was purchased new from a local reputable dealer, or even on line I would hope and think they would take care of that without any problem or issue, so sorry you are having an issue with a new machine
I'm sure if all else fails Nokta will make it right, Nokta has an excellent reputation for customer service, good luck
