Virginia Beach 2025

Hi everyone. First post here on the forums. Just had a weeklong vacation in Virginia Beach. Got to spend a few hours a day detecting in the dry, wet, low and high tides. Ended up with over $10 in coins, three pieces of silver, and two pieces of 14k gold. Using a Minelab Equinox 600 with a CoilTek 10x5 coil. Beach 1, Sensitivity 21, Recovery 2. The 10x5 can really sniff out the coins and jewelry. This is my 2nd successful beach trip with the 600 (snagged gold last year too). Also had the opportunity to meet @Tony from Tidewater (directed me to the site) and also JohnBoy again from Gigmaster's channel. Just wanted to share some pictures and video of my hunt. Questions or comments welcome! Thanks and enjoy.

Thanks everyone. It's my once a year beach trip too, otherwise I am slinging coins and silver jewelry from the parks in PA. The holes are a lot easier to dig in sand so I try to take advantage of it. And out of all my finds in dirt, I've only dug up gold once. Just a small gold earring. Hard to pick through all the foil, so a lot of time I notch it out.
