Bought new back in December, put together and health went downhill for a while. Went to install new update for the 9 and it downloaded about half way and showed an error. Now screen on Vortex is blank and won't power on or anything, tried all I could find on internet and still blank screen. Anyone have any ideas or Anyone else have this happen???

Great! Garrett has always had good customer service.
I agree 100%. He was also a very generous person too. He often donated metal detectors and gear to various meets and clubs all over the world. He and I exchanged a couple of letters, before internet existed. We lost a very noble man.
Got my vortex back yesterday from garrett, 5 day turn around, I couldn't believe it. Works like new. They didn't say was the problem was. But they are great to deal with.... Thank you Garrett.....
