if I accept the number 20 on my xterra pro, will it show me coins from 16 to 20. or 20-24?

I see what you are asking now… you may have to try testing some items that read close to 30 to find out.
I just tested a quarter which typically reads 88… when I rejected it, I did not get any signal when swinging over the quarter.
Sometimes they will read between 87-90, so from my tests it seemed to also rejected numbers on both sides of the 88 I rejected.
