Waterproof headphones

Thinking about getting a pair of the Nokta branded waterproof headphones for my Legend. Anyone tried them? Thoughts. Thanks.

I am curious to know as well. Don’t do much chest deep water hunts to often and wonder if they are worth $100. Mostly use the vibration feature on the machine.

I have the original Nokta waterproof wired headphones . I like them just fine but the sound is a little muffled. They are well made and the cable to detector hard wired connection is definitely waterproof.

Nokta recently released a newer version with reportedly better sound quality and volume. I haven’t tried them yet.

I purchased the Nokta waterproof headphones pro which is the new and improved headphones @jmaclen mentioned above. I have a beach vacation coming up shortly and wanted to get in the water to hunt. Tried them on and used my Ledgend on my test ground. Fits comfortably on my ears and top of my head. Sounds a nice and crisp although didn’t get them wet yet. I like them and would order them again. I got them from Digging it Detector's they were in stock at $98.16 tax and shipping included in total. Took only 3 days to arrive.

Thanks. Just what I wanted to hear. I was wondering about the two different types. Weird thing is the "new and improved" version is actually about $40 to $50 less than the original. That's what I couldn't understand.

@casull454 Need to call around. I had first ordered from sports365.com he has a shipment supposed to arrive in the states today then clear customs. And they will be the new ones he said as he refunded my purchase so I can order from Digging it detector.
