Equinox 800

I used an 800 for almost 5 years. Started in Park 2, after a while I switched to Park 1 after hunting with a guy that was doing well with it in the trashy old parks we hunt. Was in a slump and decided to give Field 2 a try with settings recommended by fellow forum member Mark kus. Also switched from the 10x5 to the 6 in coil. In those last 3 years I had my best years as far as silver and other keepers. Where I went wrong was switching to the 900. Shoulda stuck with the 800. Thats a story for another time. So I was running Field 2 in 5 tone, recovery 4 and Ib 0. I had my bins set at -9 to 10. vol. 5 11 thru 13 vol. 25 14 to 17 vol. 15 18 to 24 vol. 20 and 25 to 40 vol. 25. Didn't change the pitch any. nothing disc'd out. The volume set to 25 in bin 2 & 5 really makes the mid-tones and high tones pop. It worked well for me. good luck.
