As much as I like the rings i posted below, I would give them all up to keep this once in a lifetime find!!!

My one and only Morgan silver dollar. I found it in three feet of water yesterday. Its a 1902. If it had an "S" on the back, it'd be worth ten times as much, but its not for sale, or trade. I gotta thank the man upstairs for a great week of hunting!

WOW!! What a week I've had! here are three of the four gold rings I found in the last four days. The red stone ring is the broken shanked one with the glass center I posted the other day. I just got this beauty back from my jeweler, now it sports a nice garnet, and fits my pinkie. I like it!All...

I got around to working on my Excal that quit on me last week while hunting with Max. I drained the battery down with a bulb, checked the charger voltage (18V), then began recharging. Meanwhile I read up on charge problems in the Sov/Excal forums. One post said to remove the coil cover, check...

The mystery is revealed, now for a contest!!

It was a planted item in a hunt of some sort. I hadn't heard of one at that lake, but apparently. The package held a poker chip and two quarters. NOW...... The poker chip had the date 5/29 on one side. The OTHER side had a prize number on it. That number is somewhere between 1 and 250. The...

Hit two beaches, not much loot, but priceless pair of young ladies frolicking in the water....

I got one .925 ring, and 61 cents today. I saw a couple of young girls (10-13)at the other end of the beach. they were dressed alike with red long sleeve tops, and some sort of silky looking black skirts. I thought they might be part of the music festival going on over in the park square down the...

I got up about 03:00 this morning, headed down to Palo, site of Iowas only nuclear reactor, and glow in the dark fish. Still no gold, but I was digging anything that sounded even remotely good. Thats how I got the .925 silver chain, and the tiny Iowa hawkeye thingy. both were small 'iffy"...
